Cancellation and returns

You have the right to cancel an order with us if you do so before the product has been shipped. We, as the seller, have the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Returns are sadly not possible for any product.

All orders are shipped via Hermes and usually take between 2-4 business days.

We aim to pack and ship orders everyday except Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Local orders depending on the time they are placed can be delivered the same day.
